I'm a Business and Life Coach who specializes in authenticity--which basically means I help people with making their business and social media presences feel like who they are.
That may seem like I know everything about "being myself," but my expertise comes from digging deeply into my own experience, studying everything I could about human psychology, spirituality, energy, behavior, mindset, and emotions so I could just make sense of myself.
I didn't always know who I was. I didn't know I was highly energetically sensitive, neurodivergent, nonmonogamous, decisive, intuitive, and more qualities I know to be true about myself today. I grew up as a people-pleaser with a repressed connection to my authentic nature and essence.
