Content Creation in real-time, anyone?! We all know how valuable content is, so during the event--I’ll have shot lists set up + timed opportunities for us to capture the best usable b-roll content for your brand, documenting the experience of your next-level identity upgrade.
Sunshine + Movement
Before our work drop ins (starting at 11:30am) we’ll either head to Barton Springs or Cold/Plunge Sauna in the morning together to nurture your body and refresh your energy.
Somatic Breathwork Journey
To close the weekend, I’ll be guiding you through a Somatic Breathwork Hourney where you can express, clear, and integrate your identity expansion and allow everything to land in your body.Â

Event Details
Dates: Friday April 18th and Saturday April 19th
Times: Our official event sessions will begin at 11:30am both days, wrapping up around 5-6pm. Prior to our sessions, you'll have the opportunity to meet the group for a workout, walk, or head to Barton Springs for a some sunshine, movement, and water! After sessions, there will be options to go to dinner as a group (not included in ticket price). You can fly in early the morning of the 18th, and have time to leave late on the 19th if you prefer. But to get the full experience, traveling in on Thursday 17th and leaving on Sunday 20th.
Location: exact venue to be announced, but plan to mostly be on the east side of Ausitn
Stay: your hotel or Airbnb stay is not included. Upon signing up, you'll be emailed options for where you can book your stay, and we can support you in linking up with others to share space.Â
What's included:Â Â your ticket includes workshop sessions, plus lunch on both days. There will be coffee, beverages, and healthy snacks available during sessions.Â
