Remote Position: Client Success Manager

 

The Bucci Team is a business and lifestyle  transformation coaching company that works with coaches, entrepreneurs, and creators who are building businesses and brands that are deeply aligned with who they are. We help people evolve their businesses as they move through identity-level transformations to ultimately become aligned millionares and conscious leaders. 

 

We're currently hiring a CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER to oversee the client experience inside our signature high-ticket group program: The Path. 

 

The Path is a business identity development program that helps entrepreneurs build in the habits, beliefs, patterning, and IDENTITY of the Aligned Millionare. This entrepreneur prioritizes their authenticity and alignment first and foremost--which is the guiding compass of what they eventually become known for in the world.

We prioritize supporting them in multiple layers of self and business, specificially: energy and performance, internal limited-self subconscious patterns, business strategy, program curation, brand identity, and more.

 

The Client Success Manager Role for The Path is 50% client success management (light coaching/support touchpoints), and 50% strategic/creative community + culture building. 

 

You will be an additional, consistent point of contact alongside Amanda for each client in The Path. The ideal unicorn will be able to make each client feel supported, taken care of, and held accountable throughout their experience so they have the highest chance of the success they're signing up for---all while honoring the ethos of The Path. Bringing your own strategic expertise to the table, you and Amanda will directly collaborate on making the level of client satisfaction and transformation into the top percentile.

THE ROLE📝 

  • The Path is shifting to an evergreen model with enrollment beginning at 1 year commitment, with  2-year ultimate transformation. Our client base will grow from its current capacity of 10-12 per cohort, to ideally 50+ members in any given year before we need to expand our team for client support. This role has the chance to grow from it's low-range to the high range within a one-year time frame.
  • Client Facing Roles:
    • Onboarding Touchpoint: Lead client Orientation sessions giving them clear structure and direction on how to navigate the space and get started within the program (likely monthly to begin with small groups, potentially fortnightly as we grow)
    • Weekly Group Touchpoint: curating a weekly slack touchpoint (which can eventually become automated) to encourage engagement + reflection withn the program
    • Monthly Client Feedback Trackers: to keep track of client’s progress, move them along in the program,  direct them to the support resources that would solve their problems, and field questions. You’ll be offering brief 1:1 feedback for clients on their progress trackers  (monthly) to help ensure they feel accountable throughout their journey.   You will be the consistent point-person for all things satisfaction, questions, feedback, and accountability.
    • Curating Community Culture: develop + execute strategies for community + culture building to increase connection and engagement (with Amanda) including but not limited to:
      • encouragement of wins/celebrations
      • acknowledgment and awards/milestones for specific achievements within the program 
      • curation of connection + celebration-based experiences (virtual parties, celebrations)
      • Co-creating + hosting in-person Annual Path Event (potentially bi-annually) *Event work is paid + travel + stay    
    • Client Feedback Surveying: Sending out + gathering monthly surveys from clients + reporting on feedback
    • Testimonials + Case Studies: Showcasing client transformation is an imperative part of reaching our goals, so strategically gathering testimonials at pertinent points in the client journey where they feel most excited and proud of their progress, following up to close the loop, and/or gathering case studies + organizing them for marketing purposes 
    • Client management + reporting: report on the progress of each client to Amanda and craft a plan to support those potentially falling behind or with lower engagement
    • Weekly meeting with Amanda to begin (eventually move down to bi-weekly) to continue moving toward the 10/10 community KPIs
  • This role is HIGHLY focused on people, relationships, and community building---so an understanding of leading a mission and authentic, safe, growth-oriented relationships and coaching is highly recommended / near imperative.

REQUIREMENTS ✅

  • 3+ years entrepreneurial experience (growing your own business, leading teams, working with small businesses)
  • 3+ years experience in a leadership role where there was management of people: coaching, client management, team leadership, event host 
  • Bonus points if Austin, TX based! This is a remote position, but I love getting together for co-works and creative in-person magic ✨

PROFICIENCIES 📈

  • COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP: has experience and a proficient understanding of what it takes to lead a community of people through a transformation. You won't necessarily be coaching them (unless your role expands into that), but being able to keep a community energized, accountable, engaged, and clear is what builds an absolutely epic culture.
  • COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS: you are an excellent communicator and can lead any conversation with a client to support them in opening up about their needs authentically and honestly. You have an inherent/practiced understanding of what it takes to build relationships, and you have a level of availability for the kind of structured connection you'll have as a point of contact for many clients at once.
  • EMBODIMENT OF THE WORK: The work we do is hits upon multiple levels of consciousness---physical, mental, emotional, subconscious, and spiritual. Our clients are highly skilled and attuned to themselves, their personal journey, and their bodies (always growing), so their client success manager needs to be someone they can recognize is the living embodiment of what it means to live the path of authenticity and alignment.
  • BONUS* SALES EXPERIENCE: if you have sales experience, this role has the potential to grow into a more structured DM setter and/or sales role. 
  • ** If you don’t have an understanding of this, you must be willing to get trained and learn on your own time **
  • Tech Proficiencies: Understanding of our web tech platforms: Kajabi, Slack, Telegram, Zoom, HelloAudio, Loom, and Google.  (You have 3 additional team members you can lead on for admin and/or tech with clients--- however its important that you understand functionality to best serve our clients.)
    • **If you’re lacking know-how in these platforms, you must be willing to learn on your own time.

TRAINING & ONBOARDING 📆 

  • We’d like you to get started ASAP!
  • TRAINING: 2-3 weeks // 3 hours per week
  • You can formally begin ONCE we determine we’re a good fit.

RATES + GROWTH 💰

Starting rate: $100/client per month

Starting Client #: 11 clients ($1,100/month to start)

Starting hours: 3-5 hours per week

Growth opportunities:

- Our 1-year goal is to serve 50+ clients within The Path (which would be $5,000/month at the current rate)

-  As client load increases, potential for the role to be a 12-15 hours/week 

- This role has the potential to expand into more coaching within the program or more sales support--depending on your skill set and desires to grow. 

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY // 

  • WEEKLY MEETINGS: You + Amanda schedule a time weekly that works for you both to overview client progress + make decisions about supporting them within the community
  • Monthly feedback on client trackers: ~15 minutes per client monthly  
  • Mostly asynchronous work + communications with Bucci Team + Clients
  • 1-2 hours/week on Path Coaching Calls to stay attuned to clients needs
  • Mon-Fri: Slack check-ins throughout the week, available flexibly yet promptly
  • Eventually, this role will become more full--although not 100% full-time. But we are looking for someone who would be devoted to the mission and continue to dedicate their time and heart to this role so long as it fits in with your vision!
