Things To Focus On:

Focus on clearing and cleansing your body of stress. This could look like some sort of physical detox, a breathwork journey, longer meditations, and taking action that supports you in releasing stress. Anxiety means there are actions that need to be taken you must look at.
Prioritize more intentionality in your restoration practices.  Rather than going through the motions of restoration, increase your presence, mindfulness, and intention by 30-50% so you can maximize the benefits of your restoration time.
Plan ahead for a restorative season–whether it’s a vacation, some time off of such a heavy workload, or even a sabbatical, if possible. If that's not possible, see where you can push deadlines out further.
Re-evaluate the overall amount on your plate and determine where you may need to restructure your priorities, deadlines, and other things keeping you locked into an unsustainable state.
Prioritize fun, pleasure, creativity and things that give you LIFE. Laughter, connection, and play happen while you're in a parasympathetic nervous system state -- so prioritize fun, pleasure, and connection as much as possible. It's deeply healing!
