Things To Focus On:

Shift your relationship to this experience to compassion, positive self-talk, and grace. Remember, this is likely a natural response to your current stressors, and being at war with yourself will only get you so far. "It makes sense that I feel this way, based on the circumstances."

Make changes based on the lowest hanging fruit:Â if a deadline can be extended, extend it. If something is causing you to feel too much pressure, communicate that you're taking an extra few days before deciding. If someone else is involved in those decisions, set up a conversation so you can give yourself what you need.

Communicate to anyone you need to about your newfound awareness, and find the courage to be vulnerable or receive support.

Create more certainty where you can, even by reminding yourself what you do have control over: your actions.

Reinforce self-trusting actions like engaging in helpful habits and practices.
